Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of knowledge. She has worked with leaders in diverse industries in order to enhance business performance, specifically in times of rapid growth. As a consultant to translate human and business strategies into strategic goals for companies and plans have been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She is a lover of learning and regards the development of leaders as well as teams as the biggest competitive advantages. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with evidence-based success. As Annmarie continues to devote her time and talent in support Learning Ally's mission she currently provides support to a number of non-profit groups in her spare time. She also provides training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
